Agreement
By accessing or using SnapVibe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
SnapVibe provides photo booth, upload, group, editing, export, and AI-assisted creation features. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or service.
User Content
You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, export, and share that content as required to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for content you use.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to upload illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or harmful content. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We may filter, remove, or restrict content and accounts that violate these rules.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Users can report objectionable posts and block abusive users from Community. Blocking removes that user from the blocking user feed immediately and creates a developer review signal. We review objectionable content reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict access, or remove users who provided offending content.
AI Features
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated content. Studio generation sends the photos, prompts, and options you choose to OpenAI to create the requested output after you agree in the app. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or sharing it.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
