Overview

SnapVibe provides photo booth, upload, group, and AI-assisted creation features. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information provided through sign-in providers, such as email address, user ID, profile name, and profile image. We may also collect content you create or upload, including photos, videos, captions, group activity, AI prompts, generated outputs, and basic technical data such as browser, device, logs, and usage events needed to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, provide saved cuts and group features, process uploads, generate AI-assisted content, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and communicate service-related updates.

Face Data and AI Image Processing

SnapVibe does not collect Face ID, face geometry, face templates, or biometric identifiers. User-selected photos or videos may contain faces. We process those images only to provide photo booth, background removal, editing, AI Studio generation, and saving or sharing features requested by the user. For AI Studio generation, uploaded photos, prompts, and selected Studio options are sent to OpenAI solely to generate the requested image. We do not sell face data or use it for advertising or identification. User content is retained while the account or creation remains active, until the user deletes it or deletes the account, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and AI service providers only as needed to provide the service. AI Studio inputs are shared with OpenAI only after the user agrees in the app. Content may also be visible to users you share links or groups with.

Retention And Security

We retain information while an account or service need remains, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may sign out, update your nickname, and request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.
